Burial will take place at the Forest Lawn Cemetery: Glendale California location. It has not been revealed how close reporters will be allowed to the the Michael Jackson Burial.
“Strict security by law enforcement will ensure that fans will be kept away from the memorial service, and that the family may keep the event private.The area surrounding the entrance of Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale will be closed to traffic at least 24 hours prior to the funeral service. There will be a policy of restricted no parking in the entire area 24 hours prior to the event, possibly longer. It will be strictly enforced. Letters are being drafted and being sent to residents in the affected area due to closures.”

I just feel like asking did MJ ever hated his fans? Did he ever share that feelings to Mrs. Katherine Jackson?…Why fans are not allowed to pay respect to him? All fans’ hearts are still aching and the last glance to their admired and loved pop star either on TV or personally, will at least ease the pain…but why Jackson family just set these mourning people aside? Many big celebrities and even world leaders who died were given respect by ordinary people. Why CAN’T THESE ORDINARY PEOPLE pay respect to Michael?
I hope Jackson family will come to their senses that these ordinary people are the ones that put MJ to pedestal and all the estate that they will receive are all from the fans who supported MJ throughout his entire career. Without these fans who watched and bought all MJ’s works there will be no money for all Jackson family.
MJ’s fan were there during MJ’s hearings. And still here for him. But his family shut the door for them.
I fully understand the Jackson family keeping Michaels burial away from the public because too many people out there are waiting to exploit this tragic situation in hopes of making money. Michael Jackson gave the public everything he had and now he deserves to rest in peace. His children should not be part of some media exploitation. My GOD they’ve lost their Dad.
