August 27th Thursday Evening:

6 p.m.-11 p.m. – The Senator will lie in repose at the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum.  (public invited.)

The Senator will be joined throughout the day and night by a civilian honor guard of family, friends, and current and former staff.

He will also be joined by a military honor guard.

This is event is pool press and open to the public.

On Friday, August 28th, 2009

8 a.m.-3 p.m. – Senator Kennedy will lie in repose at the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum. (Public Viewing)

Celebration of Life Memorial Service
7 p.m.-9 p.m. – There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at the John Fitzgerald Kennedy Presidential Library.

This event is closed to the public and press will be pooled.

Funeral Mass for Edward Kennedy
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Senator Kennedy’s funeral mass will take place at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Basilica in Boston, Massachusetts.

This event is closed to the public and press will be pooled.

Saturday Evening August 30th 2009. ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY

A burial service for Senator Kennedy will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.

THE ARLINGTON SERVICE WILL TAKE PLACE AT 5:30 pm Saturday.

It is closed to the public and pooled press.

All living Presidents will be present in Boston for the  the Funeral mass. Edward Kennedy was several times a  candidate for President of the United States.

Political Analysts  say that because of the Chappaquiddick incident in 1969, he was never able to realize Presidential Office. Instead he is now eulogized as the lion of the United States Senate.

President Obama will give a Eulogy at the Funeral Mass.

It is being reported that President Obama may be giving a eulogy at Ted Kennedy's Funeral

It is being reported that President Obama may be giving a eulogy at the Senator Ted Kennedy Funeral. This is being reported by Bloomberg.com

Edward  Kennedy was born February 22, 1932, and died August 26, 2009. Ted Kennedy  was the senior Senator from Massachusetts, a Democratic Party member. Ted was in  office since November 1962. Kennedy was in his eighth full  term in the Senate. He was the second most senior member of the Senate, after Robert Byrd of West Virginia  He as the third-longest-serving senator of all time.

This is according to Bloomberg.com

“White House aides anticipate that Obama will deliver a eulogy at Kennedy’s funeral. While the president is scheduled to return to Washington on Aug. 30, aides were waiting for details of the funeral and other events.”
