The WHITE HOUSE REVERSED THE IST STATEMENT | Michelle Obama's Father is not buried at Burr Oak Cemetery

President Obama will be present at Senator Robert Byrd’s Memorial Service  in West Virginia on Friday according to a White House Press Release, Odds are he will give a Eulogy. He has done that at every Public  Funeral  he has been at since he has been in office.

The President usually speaks everywhere he goes from a teleprompter. Things will probably be no different on June 2nd, 2010. The photo opportunity and Live Streaming Video will help MR. OBAMA’s Poll Numbers.

Snippet From USA Today:

“Both President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will travel to West Virginia on Friday to attend the funeral of Sen. Robert Byrd.

The Memorial Service and Celebration of Life for the 92-year-old senator will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the State Capitol in Charleston, W. Va.”-via content.usatoday.com

Vice President Biden will be there as well.

Obama chooses golf over Polish President’s Funeral? Your Funeral Guy

Sometimes the Funeral News can be pretty meaningless I posted this to point out how absurd and petty the news  can be. Many times the report is much to do about nothing.The  debate could have continued……

it  comes as a surprise to many that many leaders flew in for the funeral in under the ash cloud ceiling in a prop plane, This is how the President of Poland’s Body got there. Obama Could have gotten there.

The man(Obama) did not even bother to sign the condolence book at the Polish embassy, a short.drive from the WHITE HOUSE.

That said the article points that Obama had good reason not to attend. the ash cloud, and that the only folks who are miffed at Obama for not being there are the Poles.

All this is a little tongue in cheek because it was posted in the Fox News Jokster section

The Warsaw Business Journal’s headline read: “Obama Goes Golfing Instead of Attending Kachinsky’s Funeral.” It also quoted a Washington Times article noting Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Biden both have taken time to visit the Polish embassy to sign a book of condolences, something the president has yet to do.

Of course President Obama was not the only world leader prohibited from attending because of the cloud of smoke and ash from the volcano in Iceland.”via www.foxnews.com

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Obama will leave Saturday night for Krakow, Poland for funeral services on Sunday.The location of the Polish residents State Funeral will be Wawel Cathedral in Krakow, Poland  April 18th 2010

“President Lech Kaczynski and his wife will be buried after a state funeral at Krakow’s Wawel Cathedral. They were among the dozens of people killed last Saturday when their plane crashed in dense fog in western Russia.

Holder: 911 Terrorists to be charged as Criminals|NYC Trial-yourfuneralguy

Eric Holder, Barack Obama have shown great disrespect for the dead, 911 families and the citizens of  the United States of America. Attorney General Holder Has decided to put the 911 terrorists into a Criminal Trial-FOR AN ACT OF WAR- in federal court.

iStock_000004048762XSmallNews flash the 911 terrorists are not Citizens of the United States of America,and and the likes of the 911  attack and death toll were not seen on American soil since the Civil War.

It was bad enough that Barack Obama did not call the massacre at Fort Hood, a terrorist attack. Holder and and Obama’s actions are a disgrace, to the 911(Fort Hood) dead and their families.

“WASHINGTON — U.S. prosecutors plan criminal trials for five men accused of orchestrating the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, and military tribunals for five others held at the Guantanamo Bay prison.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, self-described mastermind of the attacks, and four others will be tried in New York federal court. Attorney General Eric Holder said Friday he expects to order prosecutors to seek the death penalty in the five cases.”via online.wsj.com

I usually do not do not do political blogs, but our leaders showing disrespect for those killed in national tragedy is unacceptable, and must be mentioned. It almost takes the meaning out of  the 911 funeral memorials  It  means the terrorists funerals will be further delayed. It may New York City in jeopardy(target) with another Terrorist attack. NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE IF THEY DISRESPECT THE DEAD-I will speak out.

President Barack Obama called Walter Cronkite “a voice of certainty in a world that was growing more and more uncertain.”

Speaking at a memorial service for the legendary newsman, Obama acknowledged he hadn’t known Cronkite personally, “but I have benefited as a citizen from his dogged pursuit of the truth.”

“But if we realize that the kind of journalism he embodied will not simply rekindle itself as part of the natural cycle, but will come alive only if we stand up and demand it,” Obama said he was convinced “the golden days of journalism still lie ahead.”
